  1. Short: AGA/ECS Wrestling Game playable demo Requires 3M or more of free RAM

  5. This is NOT the same game as Wrstlgm.lha, this is a playable
  6. demo of a MUCH later program, this program is much more
  7. sophisticated graphically, but is only a demo.

  11. You must keep the joystick button depressed to hold
  12. onto a move, releasing the joystick button releases the hold.
  13. To avoid a pin or escape a hold  Wiggle the joystick
  14.

  20. For max performance on AGA machines, run it in
  21. HIRES mode (edit the wb icon or run from CLI
  22. with HIRES arg), with MODE PROMOTION OFF.
  23.  
  24. HD Installable, requires lh.library in libs:
  25. directory!!

  27. FULLY system 3.X compatible, runs on system 1.3 or higher.
  28. Multitasks well, use Control Q to quit game early.
  29. Press <ESC> to pause game.
  30. Enforcer/Mungwall/memleak clean

  32. Program REQUIRES 3M of RAM or MORE must be FREE RAM, not
  33. in use by system
  34.  
  35. Program will require an NTSC or DBLNTSC screen with versions
  36. 39 or later of AmigaDOS (3.0 or later)
  37.  
  38. Default screen is 320X200XEHB (64 colors) which scrolls
  39. on a 640X400 ring area.

  41. Use Joystick in joystick port for 1 player
  42. Use 2 joysticks for 2 player
  43.  
  44. Startup Options:

  46. ? displays startup options for CLI args or TOOLTYPES
  47.  
  48. HIRES : Pgm will use a 640X400X64 color screen on AGA machines,
  49.         non scrolling.

  51. NOBOBS : Inhibits use of BOBS as scoring/energy ICONS
  52.  
  53. 020 : Forces 68020 mem type moves on 040 class machines
  54.       Default is to use Move16 on 040 machines
  55.  
  56. 000 : Forces 68000 type mem moves on any machine
  57.  
  58. OneMeg and TwoMeg : DO NOT USE THESE OPTIONS
  59.  
  60. 1 : Forces one player game
  61.  
  62. 2 : Forces 2 player game (2 joysticks required)
  63.  
  64. af : to control the african wrestler on 1 player games.

  66. =====basic controls====
  67.  
  68. walking is obvious...push a button to grapple with
  69. your opponent, once it grapple wiggle joystick to get
  70. an advantage and put him in a headlock, wiggle joystick
  71. to escape/avoid a pin.
  72.  
  73. Once opponent is in headlock wiggle joystick to get
  74. incentive and SLAM him.  Once on the ground push button
  75. down and move joystick to opponent to cover him for the pin.
  76.  
  77. You MUST keep the button down to keep hold of a move, letting
  78. up on the button releases your opponent.
